We'll explain using an example customer(let'scall them George). George logs in to PetalPlan.comand buys flowers for their friend, Robin.
Robin then receives a personalised card letting them know that George has sent them flowers the thoughtful way.
Robin logs on to PetalPlan.com, enters their unique redemption code and lets us know when they would like to receive their flowers(thiscould be after their upcoming holiday, or in perfect time for next week's dinner party).
One of our boutique florist partners delivers flowers to Robin on the chosen date.
The Petal Plan guarantee: we only work with the best boutique florists to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality bunches of flowers available. If the flowers received are not up to our standard, we will replace them.
Flowers are seasonal and our florists change their offering on a regular basis, so the likelihood of receiving the same bunch of flowers twice is low. But, we also keep track every order delivered, so we will check and make sure your receiver is receiving something new.
We operate a no-nonsense returns policy. It is difficult to offer returns for flowers, but if your flowers aren’t up to scratch when delivered, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will replace them.
Once your order has been completed, we can’t issue refunds. However, we are always happy to work with you to amend your order to ensure you gift the perfect flowers. Just get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Each of our florists will use their own delivery methods. Generally, couriers will follow your special delivery instructions so that your flowers will be left in a safe place if you aren't around or a card will be left to notify you of your collection methods. If we are alerted to any issues with your delivery or chosen delivery date then we will be in touch to keep you informed. Delivery hasn't arrived? Given that our flowers should be delivered as fresh as possible,please make sure that you fill in the 'special delivery instructions' section so that the couriers have the best chance of delivering or getting hold of you in case you are called away.
